Grilled steak fa-jite-ahs (yes I know how to say it, but saying it this way is more fun) for dinner tonight. Sauteed onion, garlic, green and red peppers, and mushrooms to go with. Topped with cilantro, sour cream, avocado, salsa and cheese (for Phil). Lime, cilantro quinoa with pinto beans on the side.
